    • All correspondence
  • Maintaining Association files and reports
  • Preparing annual management proposal
  • Management maintenance logs/reports online (updated weekly)
  • Attending Board meetings
  • Record keeping
  • Unit owner/tenant support services
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Thorough resident screening / credit checks
  • Quarterly newsletters
  • Insulation from day-to-day resident & property concerns
  • Leasing / Sales
  • Common Fee collection
  • Rent collection
  • Emergency 24-hour service
  • Managing sub-contractors and negotiating on behalf of Association
  • Preparing contract and bid specifications
  • Initiating and processing work orders
  • Managing insurance claims
  • Rules enforcement
  • Dispute management and resolution
  • Eviction coordination
